Dani Flood came out for our regular ‘team session’ EquImaging Thermal Imaging yesterday- now that we are all back into the swing of it- and plans are full steam ahead with Smokie… Off for Gatcome Festival this afternoon… She has done thermal scans on my whole team, and I’m looking forward to getting her reports back. Smokie always gives massive snogs to Dani and her brother Rich, burly American Football Player, who comes out to help with the computer side of things and holds if they’re well behaved… Think Smokie is his favourite. Nice of you to give up your birthday Rich. Thermal Imaging is such a super way of making sure I’m not overdoing it with them. As a management aid, I can keep track of any sub-clinical changes, and work around the best way to proceed with our training/ rehab fitness and competition programme. I’m such a lucky girl to have such a professional support team around me!! …
